RETURN POLICY
NuveMods™ only accepts returns if products received by the customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival). Customers must notify NuveMods™ within 48 hours of receiving the defective product in order to start a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). (receiving time is determined by the tracking number and the time and day that is shown the item was delivered to you by the carrier) DOA items only apply to electronic devices. Should we receive an item without a proper RMA number, we will refuse the package upon its delivery for the safety of our staff. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, The following items can not be returned: e-Liquid (e-juice), batteries, wick, wire, drip tips, mechanical mods, rebuild-able devices and atomizers and parts for rebuild-ables and/or atomizers. Therefore, our Return Policy does not pertain on any products of this kind.

We do not offer any kind of replacement or compensation for bottled liquids as taste is subjective for each individual and how the flavor reflects to their palette.

Some products will have minor flaws and is expected during manufacturing. Small nicks or polishing scratches are common on many of the products other companies sell as well as the ones NuveMods™ sell. The only time we can accept a return or exchange an item is if it is defective (meaning non functioning or DOA) or damaged from shipping (meaning parts damaged or crushed due to handling upon delivery). Customer which attempt to return items not purchased from us, and/or not made by the manufacturers, in an attempt to defraud us will have those items returned to them at their cost. Those customers will no longer be allowed to purchase any items through the NuveMods™ website. Items damaged due to user error, are never covered under warranty by us, NuveMods™ or the manufacturers of the products we sell.

Limitation of Liability
NuveMods™shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if NuveMods™ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.International Shipping
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from NuveMods™. We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with US Federal Law.In addition, NuveMods™ does NOT currently ship to all countries. We are in the process of rolling out international shipping one country at a time as we research which locations are the most lenient toward e-liquid importation, and offer us the lowest risk of fraudulent transactions. Currently NuveMods™ is only shipping to the United States of America.Typographical Errors
In the event that a NuveMods™ product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, NuveMods™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NuveMods™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NuveMods™ shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by NuveMods™ without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Impersonation of others, including a NuveMods™ or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. However, even if the third party is affiliated with NuveMods™, NuveMods™ has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Nuve Industries, Inc. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, NuveMods™ seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Gift Certificates
At this time, NuveMods™ gift certificates are not available. Please beware of any nuvemods.com gift certificates being sold by other retailer. Any gift certificate purchased elsewhere than nuvemods.com cannot be used toward your purchase and will not be applied to your account.

Gift certificates must be redeemed at nuvemods.com for the purchase of eligible products. Please contact us at [email protected] for additional information.

Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and or returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.

A gift certificate, once entered, will be automatically applied to the user’s gift certificate account balance.

Any unused balance will be placed in the user’s gift certificate account. It cannot be transferred to other users

Gift certificates and their use are subject to the NuveMods™ terms and conditions. NuveMods™ reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.

A gift certificate’s cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

NuveMods™ and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the user or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.

NuveMods™ retains the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our website.
